Summary: Enable user partition during install.

Initial Comment:
in file default.preseed: 

The partiion part of install is preseeded for "All files in one partition" and the user can not override this.

Users complain that this default behavior is bad for them, and they want it NOT PRESEEDED. thay want to control partition just like regular debian install.

To fix this just comment out the relevant preseed lines lines in
