[Debian-hebrew-common] How about a package for this extension

Sounds ok to me.
But is it firefox only? It looks like it has a plugin for each of
firefox and thunderbird and possibly it also works in mozilla itself. If
it is so than maybe we need firefox-bidiui and thunderbird-bidiui packages.
