[Debian-hebrew-common] I've given up on waiting for a reply from ftpmaster

I've uploaded bidiui-0.7.3-2. The main difference is that I changed the
name to "icedove" in all relevant places. I'm hoping that the previous
uploaded (but not accepted) bidiui_0.7.3.orig.tar.gz will be ok, as I
did not re-upload it.

The next thing is to add a "recommend" from user-he to icedove-bidiui,
and I'm not sure we can do that before bidiui is accepted.
