[Debian-hebrew-common] mutt configuration

This is vaguely off topic, although I suppose I could make it on topic
by suggesting this should be added to user-he's README. I know that
some of you have used mutt with iconv and/or bidiv to make mutt a
useful reader for reading Hebrew email. Any suggestions/howto's on how
to configure this?
