[Debian-hebrew-common] Joining the Debian Hebrew team

I'm glad to see this request.

This group deals mainly with packaging, do you have any experience with
packaging for Debian?

Regarding your programming skills, I'm sure Kobi will be happy to get some
help with his projects (most of them are packaged for Debian).
