As i wrote in my previous message - i think that <a href="http://Debian.org.il">Debian.org.il</a> is the
place because this is a site for the Israeli Debian users.<br>

<a href="http://Whatsup.org.il">Whatsup.org.il</a> has a lot of traffic and dealing with open source in general. the site is very loaded.<br>
