[Debian-hebrew-package] new upstream version of libhdate

Hi,
new upstream version of libhdate 1.3.0

* int_to_string now use the LANGUAGE sys variable.
make it more gettext compatible.
* the examples sources install in
usr/share/doc/libhdate0
* spelling corrections in he.po
