[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#349734: hdate-applet translation

Hi Daniel,

I've talked with Kobi (= upstream), and it seems hdate-applet has a bug
which prevent it from using / showing the translations.

I'd like to document this in the bug report, and I'll make sure the
program have your translation as soon as this bug is fixed.
