libhdate 1.4.8 is out

* Fix help message formatting.
* Add functions for times of day. User can get the times of:
  first light, talit, sunrise, mid day, sunset, first star, three
stars, and the
  length of solar hour (day light time / 12).
* Add options for hdate command line tool to show this times of day. and
  Shabat start and end times.
* Add this new functionality to the man file.
