[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#373743: myspell-he: please add he.{dic, aff} -> he_IL.{dic, aff} symlink

Hi,

apparently Mozilla (tried with Thundebird) only recognizes Hebrew as
a language to display as "Hebrew" (instead of just listing
he_IL/he-IL) if it finds he.{dic,aff}. The current package doesn't
provide them.

I tested that yesterday and with that symlink Thunderbird shows
"Hebrew". So please add it :)
