[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#365976: paps: Tabs not printed correctly

When paps is used with the latest versions of pango, tab characters are not 
correctly handled any more (spurious characters are printed before the tabs).
This is corrected in the newest upstream version (0.6.6).
