[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#368550: kkbswitch: Upgrade misconfigured the flags

I use kkbswitch, together with X-level keyboard mapping switches,
to switch between a US-English mapping and a Hebrew one. They are
shown as a US flag and an Israeli flag, respectively. After updating
kkbswitch from 1.4.3-1+b1 (I think this was the previous version),
and restarting the X server, these mappings were shown, instead, as the 
numbers 1 and 2 respectively (English is the default).

I used the kkbswitch configuration dialog to change icons back to
normal, and it worked (or so it seems; I am still in the same session).
