pyfribidi2 was made a ~2 years ago.
we wanted to get fribidi 0.19 into debian, the SO bump was the logical
thing to do, pyfribidi2 was done at that time.
Behadad said he did not want to change the SO number, since then, no
one had time to do anything about it.
it is very easy to change the name of the package to pyfribidi ...
