[Debian-hebrew-package] RFS: UPDATE: pyfribidi 0.10.0-1

Hello,

  I understand that the admins of this team have been busy lately. Since 
  pyfribidi is a python module, I suggest that the maintainance of 
  pyfribidi be handed over to Debian Python Module Team (DPMT), similar  
  to what happened with text-bidi perl package ? I am also a member of 
  that team.

  I am also willing to maintain the fribidi package, but I am not a DD 
  nor DM.
