[Debian-hebrew-package] GNOME 3 and panel applets

hspell-gui - does not need the applet, just disable gnome-panel support.

hdate-applet - has a none-complete support for using the notification area
hdate-icon. we need to disable gnome-panel support, and use the hdate-icon
notification area icon.
