[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#807516: python-hdate is wrongly marked Multi-Arch: foreign

In processing bug #757113, it seems that too much multiarch got applied.
The python-hdate package contains a python extension and thus cannot be
marked Multi-Arch: foreign.

The correct solution to #757113 is to the patch in #792874.
