+Role of the coordinator?
+ * DDTP: translation rules should be defined by the coordinator, before
+   any DDTP starts
+ * We should allow different policy for the different kind of translations
+   and different teams
+ * We might lose some translators by being too strict

+     - no duplicated work

+ * Decide which interface (DDTP by mail or DDTSS) should be activated
+   => give power to the coordinator to adapt the tools to their team

+   Admins need to know who can be "trusted" to forward the team's
