    Dropping pre-depends on initramfs-tools and procps, they are not required anymore as the conditional alternatives usage on procps has been workarounded.
    
    Allowing to drop the pre-depends is actually important to not uselessly
    pull in initramfs-tools (and its depends) into lxc containers.
