[Debian-np-devel] svn access?

i've registered an account at alioth, but wasn't able to get the svn
repository- do i need to be added to some group?

tried:

svn checkout svn+ssh://vagrant-guest@debian-np.alioth.debian.org/svn/debian-np bagunca

it just kept asking me for a password, and the one i'm able to log into
the alioth.debian.org website with didn't work.

is debian-np.alioth.debian.org a different machine entirely?  do i need
to be added to some group?
