Hi all,

I recently got the administration password set for this list (it took
months!), now that I got it, I made a couple changes to the list
configuration:

	. Changed the list so that it only accepts posts from 			
subscribers, and holds the rest, this will stop a significant
          amount of spam

	. Added a list moderator, Scott Merrill (thanks!)
