Great to hear.

I believe the proper way to educate the need for netdev membership is 
for network-manager to inform about it at install time using a debconf 
informational template.

If you believe it should be docuemented in some sugar package, then 
please propose which one, and some wording.  I am hesitant to document 
behaviour of other packages here as that means maintaining that info too 
- - but please do try to cinvince me if you disagree.
