Yes, this is an upstream issue, but your opinions will be useful. We
want that if Ohm is running, it receives this message, and we want to
warn users when that fails, because we cannot be 100% sure if they
want Ohm integration or not. Maybe the logging level should be
downgraded to WARNING?
