Maybe we should (or need to) create the git repostories in in collab-maint 
first? I remember that was "a blocker" for me - not a technical but a mental 
one. Proof:

$ cat ~/Projects/sugar/sugar-terminal-activity/debian/changelog 
sugar-terminal-activity (20-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * New Upstream Version

Oh well, guess more on my todo list ;-)

#include creating those activity dirs and better yet, filing ITPs. (That can 
be done from anybody.</hint> ;)
