As sugar-jhbuild installs files in non-standard locations, we need to 
tell programs where to look using environment variables like PATH, 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH and MANPATH. XCURSOR_PATH (see Xcursor(3)) is just yet 
another of these variables.

Since Debian installs in standard paths, setting XCURSOR_PATH shouldn't 
be necessary. I just wanted to make sure there's not an easy workaround.
