Actually it has been. [1,2]
I don't think these should be added to sucrose-0.8x, but rather to a new
meta package, e.g. sugar-platform-0.8x. Not the core itself (which is
what sucrose-0.8x represents) depends on the packages in the list, but
rather individual activities.
