Ah, yes.  Good catch!

That looks right - but please do double-check yourselves: Look into the 
actual CDBS files below /usr/share/cdbs and check what 
CDBS_BUILD_DEPENDS_class_* contains there - to ensure that not too much 
is overridden (only python*-dev should be).
