[Debian-ports-devel] Missing binNMU for netcdf

Hello!

I just noticed that netcdf required a binNMU for a new version of
libhdf5. This became obvious when I saw that ffmpeg was BD-Uninstallable.

Someone actually did the binNMU for hppa but ignored m68k, ppc64, sparc64
and x32. I have therefore now scheduled the necessary binNMUs to make
ffmpeg BD-Installable again.

So, whoever did the hppa binNMU: Please remember to do the binNMUs for
all ports architectures. We have agreed to help each other in the past
and Aurelien has provided everyone with wanna-build access to every
ports architecture for that matter.

Thanks,
Adrian
