I upgraded the kernels to ppc64.3, which should fix your problem. I was
missing the hypervisor console, so there was no chance of it working.

Please test it and provide feedback. Both the kernel should work, and the d-i
build as of tomorrow.

I got another positive test result on dual power3 chrp boxes, the only problem
being the missing pcnet32 module, i will now investigate why i disabled it in
the first place.
