    Run automake for upstream tarball (not just for Debian)
    
    The official upstream tarball has already had autoconf applied, ready
    for ./configure.
    
    Our DFSG upstream tarball should therefore similarly have automake run
    over it.
    
    Specifically,
                libtoolize  -f -c
                autoreconf
                automake --add-missing -f -c
                autoreconf
