    Remove Conflicts on shared library packages
    
    There are in fact no file conflicts with those packages, only -dev
    packages cause trouble.

    Override lintian warning: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames
    
    Those packages contain several libraries, this is why package name
    cannot match sonames.

    Move usr/share/oce-*/src/StdResource/* from liboce-ocaf-lite1 into liboce-foundation1
    
    ResourceManager, which is part of TKernel, looks for those files.
    No conflict is needed since paths are different.

    Add debian/ directory
    
    Most packaging has been copied from the Debian opencascade
    package.  Packages have been renamed to not confuse users,
    these are not the official OCCT sources.
    
    Rewrite debian/rules to use dh.
    
    This is a work in progress, it needs some polishing.
