    Revert "Remove unneeded "dh_autoreconf""
    
    This reverts commit 22e5577dfb26426be8affd8662af6f771433b624.
    
    The patched tclconfig/tcl.m4 file (patch add_tclLoadDl_for_Hurd.patch)
    needs to regenerate configure.
