    Add debian/libelmersolver-7.0.lintian-overrides:
    ignore false positives for lintian tags hardening-no-relro and
    hardening-no-fortify-functions: these modules are compiled by gfortran,
    so LDFLAGS and CPPFLAGS variables are not applicable.
