Tobias Hansen (8):
      Fix a doctest related to pari stack warnings.
      Fix parallel testing option in readmes.
      Remove temp-cython-include-source.patch, should not be needed and does not work for installed packages.
      Install a custom sage-env (like sage-on-gentoo) instead of a patched one.
      Bump Debian revision to 0sage4.
      Finish d/copyright.
      Add a patch description for debian-sage-env.patch.
      Add a message about JSmol not working to Jupyter notebooks.

      Fix our cython 0.25 patch, this is what's causing our sageinspect "TypeError built-in is a built-in class" errors
      Set DOT_SAGE to debian/test, and misc other build-rule edits
