      Fix FSF address in d/copyright.
      Update Debian revision.
      Fix parallel building.
      Add detection of number of threads for parallel doctesting to sage-env.
      Remove unneeded/broken options from the sage script, using a patch from sage-on-gentoo.
      Remove obsolete options from man page.
      Refresh patches.
