commit ce0c48e0ff7892064810796f10beb9444501a8ba
Author: Drew Parsons <dparsons at debian.org>
Date: Sat Nov 5 20:01:04 2016 +0800
Version Build-Depends: libhypre-dev (>= 2.11.1-3).
Earlier hypre versions contained internal superlu header files,
which sometimes confuses petsc when building also against libsuperlu-dev,
depending on whether the build puts -I/usr/include/hypre
before or after -I/usr/include/superlu.
