+    + Remove rm(1)s that do not seem to do anything (anymore).

+      fix FTBFS for kfreebsd-i386 (and probably this is what the original
+      BUILDDIR mangling is about)).
+    + Proper calls to clean cmake build products.
+    + The build system is recognized by debhelper, no need to tell it.
