[vspline] 02/02: removed test file hello.txt, merged 'packaging' branch to master ... initially mystified by the bare git repo on alioth, had to figure out that my files don't aczually show up there but only if I check out a working copy. So now hello.txt can go. In my upstream repo, I have a separate 'packaging' branch which has the debian folder. For the repo at alioth, I have merged this branch into master and deleted the packaging branch.
