RPATH adjustment: use wildcard in PETSc*.so
when removing the RPATH embedded in the python library file,
the python 2.7 build just calls the library file PETSc.so, but the
python 3.5 build calls it PETSc.cpython-35m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
