    DFSG: exclude mc64ad_dist.c and DOC/*.pdf
    
    mc64ad_dist.c is explicitly non-free (not permitted to distribute
    changes to 3rd parties)
    
    The pdf doc file does not have source available and therefore does not
    meet DSFG.
