New debian revision 0.6-2

Muammar El Khatib (34):
      Added debian/ directory.
      I have added python3 pyinstall file.
      Modified *.pyinstall and debian/rules.
      - Added debian/watch file.
      Lintian clean.
      The package needs python-ase > 3.14.0.
      Activated tests.
      Openssh-server is needed by Amp for performing some of the tests.
      New the tests are being called correctly.
      Using only default python versions to make the tests.
      Updated version 0.6 from 'upstream/0.6'
      Now the base for the release is 0.6.
      I added a gitignore file.
      In this commit all tests seem to be working correctly.
      Putting back instructions to build python2 and python3 fortran modules.
      debian/control file was modified to comply with debian science policy.
      Moved package to pybuild.
      I changed debian/rules to fix permissions, and added a description to

      In this commit I am trying to test all Python3 versions.

      Modules are compiled correctly for each version of Python3.

      tests/ directory now is available in the package.
      Bumped compat level to 10.
