Modify the changelog, add more comments about the missing fonts
in ko.tex-extra-hlfont and modify the original KS.tex example
file to show what works, and add some explanation in
README.Debian about the removal of the latex-cjk-xcjk package.

+Vietnamese or Greek text.  There are other possibilities such as using the MULE
+encoding in Emacs (M-x cjk-write-file), or using big fonts such as Cyberbit, but
