[x86-64] Preliminary AMD64 kernel packages

Hi all,

I have now prepared kernel-patch and kernel-image packages for amd64,=20
as usual you can find them on http://www.arndb.de/debian/ .
The source there is a few weeks old and it is the version that I used
for earlier tests with bochs, but I haven't had a chance to actually
test the new binaries. I'll try to update them when a new 2.4.21=20
release candidate comes out and I find the time to test them.

I needed a small update to make-kpkg, you can find the updated
'kernel-package' package in the same place. Of course, the biarch
binutils (now in sid) and gcc-3.3 are needed as well.

Please tell me about success or problems with my package if you
try them.
