It is sometimes possible to reset through the console, if we run
something like kdb.  It's a small patch so that is not a problem... but
we would not want it enabled in the packaged kernel.  Or maybe it's ok
for the first few releases.

We would only ever need to reboot the machine (externally) if a kernel
panic occured... I don't forsee many of these, but you never know.
