Log:
TODO for docbook-xml, before we can release:

* Move all changes to dpatch-patches.

* Remove the DocBook 3.1.7 testcases, if 3.1.7 will be dropped.
  (see http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2007/03/msg00251.html)
  If not, create a tarball only for DocBook XML 3.1.7 from the last
  Debian package and upload it to the groups webspace at alioth
  and download/unpack it in the get-orig-source target.

* Fix the outstanding bugs.
