[xml/sgml] active recruiting??

Hi Guys,

What do think about sending some personal messages to developers to
join the project?

They could join the project & participate in the lists, w/o giving up
their packages to collaborative maintenance. Or on whatever terms they
want, actually.

Just a thought...
