[xml/sgml] Add an OASIS mailing list??

Hi All,

I'd like to add a list to which I can forward all the OASIS mail that
I get as the Debian delegate to OASIS. Some of it is definitely
relevant to the group. And some are simply announcements.

At any rate, I feel that all debian developers should have access to
this info, and this seems like the best way to do it. (Don't worry, I
won't subscribe anyone to it:)

I requested such a list on the debian list server, but was turned
down. The DPL suggested I make a list on Alioth.

Opinions??
