That's a great idea, Ardo. 

For example, many of us would like to see TEI packaged.  Maybe putting
the XML-related RFP's on the homepage would be another way to get more
DD's involved.

I can see that we already need to delegate some tasks: 

- I'll scan the RFPs and will report back, if
- Ardo scans the ITPs, and
- Graham scans the RFA'ed packages, and
- Philippe scans the Orphaned Packages.

The results should be interesting:-)

Sound reasonable? I think so.

Again, I feel that we should make it clear that one can join the
project w/o allowing others to maintain one's packages. Each member
should choose the terms on which they which to particpate.

Can we agree on this?
