Not a real hint, just note that the "I/O error" stuff is the
normal xsltproc output, telling the user in a strange way
that it does not load the DTD from the network.  I'm sure,
this is not related to the build problem.  Following one or
another mail on the list, it seems that ia64 has still
problems for some packages...
