[xml/sgml] mailing list for packages created

Hi,

I went ahead and created the mailing list for the packages.  It's called

  Debian XML/SGML Group <debian-xml-sgml-pkgs@lists.alioth.debian.org>

(the postfix had to be at least four characters, so I chose 'pkgs').

This is to become the email address of the 'Maintainer' of all the packages
maintained by the group, so please update your packages accordingly.  Put
yourself as 'Uploaders'.

I've made the prefix for the subject lines '[xml/sgml-pkgs]'.  Suggestions
for something different are more than welcome.
