Thanks for taking care of the xerces uploads. I'm a bit confused
though -- I haven't seen any activity on the xerces24 packages. Did I
miss this somehow? Were they also uploaded? The latest upstream
version of Xalan requires xerces24, so we do need that version as well
as xerces23 (needed specifically by libxml-xerces-perl) and xerces25
(the latest upstream version).

For my edification, can you tell me what the resolution was on
xerces23? Why did katie consider it an NMU? Was it the uploaders
field? I'm just interested to know as I try to learn about the
system. I see that the package information for libxml-xerces-perl
shows us as comaintainers and that we are listed in Uploaders in the
dsc file, but the package for xerces23 doesn't show any comaintainers
and we're not listed as Uploaders. This URL:

http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=debian-xml-sgml-pkgs@lists.alioth.debian.org

seems to indicate that xerces23 is not considered NMUed, so I suppose
the situation was resolved.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
